Welcome to Shopify for Primal Control Jiu Jitsu. We are committed to getting your order packed and shipped as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Order Processing Times

All orders are processed and fulfilled within 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order is placed.

Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if available.

Please note that processing times may be extended during:

  • Product launches or limited drops
  • Holidays
  • High-volume sales periods
  • Carrier delays outside of our control

Streetwear Apparel Fulfillment

Certain streetwear apparel items are fulfilled through our trusted third-party production and fulfillment partner, NinjaPOD.

These items may:

  • Ship separately from other products in your order
  • Arrive in different packaging
  • Have slightly different delivery timelines depending on production demand

Primal Control Jiu Jitsu is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather, or third-party fulfillment issues once an order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Delivery estimates provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Primal Control Jiu Jitsu is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If you experience a delivery issue, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking information.
