Welcome to Primal Control Jiu Jitsu. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from our store.

We make every effort to display products accurately. However:

  • Colors may vary slightly due to screen differences
  • Fit and sizing may vary depending on body type
  • Product availability is subject to change without notice

We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

3. PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to:

  • Change pricing at any time
  • Cancel orders due to pricing errors

Payment must be received in full before an order is processed.

4. SHIPPING POLICY

  • Orders are generally processed within 5 business days
  • Shipping times may vary depending on location and carrier
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers

Once an order has been shipped, risk of loss transfers to the customer.

5. RETURNS & REFUNDS

We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Return must be initiated within 7 days of delivery

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.

6. COMBAT SPORT DISCLAIMER (IMPORTANT)

Our products are designed for athletic and combat sports use, including Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.

By purchasing and using our products, you acknowledge:

  • Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and grappling involve inherent risk of injury
  • Our products do not prevent injury
  • Improper use of gear may increase risk

Primal Control Jiu Jitsu is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from the use or misuse of our products.

Use all products at your own risk.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Primal Control Jiu Jitsu shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or use
  • Injuries resulting from product use

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All trademarks, logos, and designs (including “Primal Control”) are owned by us.
